What Every Church Should Feel like

Miss Laury Thilleman must have caught some of her Cultural Poisoning from her French President who is currently attacking an African country disregarding the wishes of the African Union. Obviously her Cultural Literacy is limited otherwise she would understand that people who produce substantial amounts of melanin don't need to wear much make up like ro 

I have not seen a beauty contest in some time let alone the biggest on on the planet. What struck me is that it was more interesting then what I remember here in the US because of the remarkable international flavor and the diversity of delegates. I was especially struck by miss South Africa. I remember seeing Miss Universe back in the day and Miss South Africa was a European invader. That was the last time I watched Miss Universe.

It seems that the Cultural Health of this contest may have moved far enough forward that I enjoyed doing this story and may consider watching it in the future. There current Miss Universe is truly an international beauty with a positive spirit. 10 Photos

 This was a timely outstanding detailed presentation of the President's plan to pull the Bush Bus the rest of the way out of the Republican recession ditch and make a down payment on our future. Previously he proposes a Buy American initiative. Now he has propose a Jobs initiative. What have the Republicans done for you lately.

 The Republicans have been in control of the House of Representatives for more then 250 days and have failed to propose to the president, or the American people, one single jobs bill. They have failed to create one single job. Now they might claim that they were just new and incompetent Teabags and did not know what to do, so the smart leader that we the America people hired has sent them a Jobs Bill.

  The ball is in the Republican congress court all they have to do is pass it. Or they can pass their own version of the Jobs Bill. However, if they fail to pass any jobs bill quickly they will be blamed for their failure to help America and will pay at the polls in 2012. Our leader has done his job and he has advised us as to how we can do our job, call, email, tweet our congress person and tell them to pass The American Jobs Act now.

If the Leader has done his job and we the people have done our job then all that is left is for the third leg of the three legged stool, the Congress to do its job. Let's put America back to work! Mr. President, not that I do not have faith in our Republican congress, but I think you need a plan B. If the congress fails again to act in a timely fashion to create jobs. I would use one executive order a month starting in January 2012 to launch a new jobs initiate and let them stew in their own soup. We the people are smarter then the Republicans think. We will know what to do in November, It they provide NO jobs for us, we will return the favor.

Serena Williams Beats #1 Tennis Player in the world (Great Photo)

Arguably the greatest tennis player in the history of woman's tennis comes back from the grave to beat the Tennis establishment's #1 ranked Player. You got to see this picture of the win, what a shot!

Now, that is what I call a happy camper

This from a woman, due to a freak accident,  had to have two surgerys on her right foot which, is still not perfect. Had to take allopathic drugs that probably caused a blood clot that almost killed her and had bleeding under the skin in stomach, talk about back from the grave. When someone says they are happy to be alive this is the picture all human beings should see, Wow!

To be effective in the face of any challenge one must be happy. Our Ancestors in Classical African Civilization, Kemet (Ancient Egypt) defined happiness as peace and joy.  Peace is the natural state of being. It is the emotion of Amen and Ausar, not the negative emotions like anger, fear, regret, revenge, anxiety etc.  Joy (Kemetic Ra, Chinese Qi and Indian Kundalini) is the life force that gets things done in the world.

If you study Yoga or not you and I must learn to use this force. There in lies the ancient lesson of sports.

The most effective players in life find the joy. Djokovic had it earlier in the day as he moved on to the men's final. Let me set the stage, Nadal is up two sets to one. They are in the third set, if Nadal wins this set, it is game set and match. Djokovic's challenge is that he is facing the most important point of the match to this point. What is on his face, is it anger, fear, no, it is JOY (a smile). In the video, look closely at his face at 0:13. Seconds. At thirteen seconds into the video a smile breaks out on Djokovic's face as he faces this do or die opportunity.

Everyone who watched the match saw this moment. The commentators commented on it, for those who were paying attention with their hart it was an insightful moment.

Did you notice animals don't smile, that capacity is reserved to us. Our ancestors understood and taught their initiates the importance being able to create peace and joy instantly, especially in the face of challenge. It is good to see some of their decedents still retain this skill.

Real champions have this joy (smile) and you can see it if you look closely.

So when you meditate tonight take the Williams and Djokovic Joy into the meditation with you and add it to your goals so that you to may be effective in facing your challenges.

First Lady Michelle Obama Meets First Lady Serena Williams of Tennis at US Open

I have been watching the U.S. Open in my home town for many years and have never seen  a First Lady make such a visit to the big game. In the lead picture it is interesting to note the comparable size and conditioning of Serena Williams the first lady (#1) of tennis  and our Nation's First Lady. (Video)

It was great to see our First Lady out working for the health and well being of our children with her Let's Move initiative, as her husband works for us with his focus on affordable health care for all and JOBS!

Now this is the way to get our kids moving, help them have fun. The USTA put fast start courts in one of the parks I grew up in, Astoria Park. If we are going to get more Americans in the tennis top 100 we have to give them access to the game.

Mrs. Obama has commented on the fact that she did not get into tennis until after collage because most kids in her neighbor hood had no access to tennis. Like in my hood, Basket ball, football and baseball were the fields we had access to. I had a big park across the street from my home but not one tennis court in it. Good to see that changing.

  The Williams sisters demonstrate that America can dominate in tennis on the world stage if we focus. We need to out build tennis courts, out educate our children in tennis, health and fitness. So they can win their health and our tennis future.

Michelle Obama is easily the fittest and most active First Lady in my life time and maybe the history of the nation. Her, her husband and their children are outstanding examples of the balance between health, fitness and mental alertness. It is good to see that our First Lady has her eyes on the prize.

Will Serena win the 2011 U.S. Open? You can bet the First Lady like me and a big chunk of America and the world will be watching. See you at the Open!

Vaccines as ‘Cluster Bombs’ and Venus Williams

This is the clearest description, in layman's terms, of the relationship of Vaccines to the immune system that I have seen to date. This is longer then my traditional seed, but a must read, if one wants to understand how the immune system works and how and why vaccines can cause autoimmune disease especially in children and the elderly.

The young and the elderly are not the only victims of autoimmune disorders high intensity athletes can have weakened immune systems from time to time do to strenuous work outs.

This is Tennis time in my home town New York City. The U.S. Open is in town. The great tennis star Venus Williams had to withdraw this year due to an autoimmune disorder called Sjogren's.

The question I raise is, did a vaccine cause the disorder? The first problem is that an allopathic MD, probably gave Venus the "diagnosis" and will therefore not look for a cluster bomb autoimmune timing relationship. Second, will Venus seek the advise of an integrative doctor?

The answer to these questions will determine what type of "treatment" this star receives and how her health and career will progress. I hope she gets a full range of advise and wish her peace, joy and clearness of mind.

Vaccines as ‘Cluster Bombs’

Wikipedia (articles there on vaccines appear to have been written by industry), says that “Vaccines are among the greatest achievements of modern medicine.”  Dr. Chopra calls them “cluster bombs.”

“A vaccine is a biological preparation that improves immunity to a particular disease.”  Dr. Chopra says vaccines do nothing of the sort and, in fact, violate the very laws of biology.

As with rBGH, he has a talent for reducing things to understandable and undeniable facts and when it comes to vaccines, he begins at the beginning by describing how the immune system works to protect people from disease.

He says there is a constant war going on between an individual’s bodily integrity and invading organisms.

Most people would most easily recognize this war when they think of bodies rejecting organs from another person or animal.  That very same rejection occurs at a microlevel – against foreign viruses and bacteria.  But rejecting what is foreign, no matter the size, is not just a nice thing or just “how the immune system protects the body” but it does so for a cardinal purpose – to maintain bodily integrity.

And the definition of “integrity” is crucial to understanding the brilliance of the immune system.  “Integrity:  the quality or state of being complete; unbroken condition; wholeness; entirety; the quality or state of being unimpaired; perfect condition …”

In the simplest terms, Dr. Chopra explains that the immune system maintains wholeness or “self” versus “non-self” in the face of invaders.

And it is precisely that wholeness or integrity which vaccines destroy.

The immune system works by breaking down whatever foreign matter enters your body – be it protein, fat, starch or sugar – into single molecules in the digestive system.  Starches and sugar must be broken into glucose, fat to fatty acids, and proteins into amino acids.  The last two the body then takes and rebuilds into the person’s own, no longer foreign, protein and fat.  Anything that remains foreign is and must be rejected.

Bodily integrity must be maintained so the immune system repels invaders by breaking them to pieces or ejecting or destroying them.

In this context, sneezing, coughing, diarrhea, vomiting can be appreciated as protective immune mechanisms to get rid of foreign protein or other matter, while foreign material that gets past into the body is deconstructed by the gut and fever is stimulated as a means weaken or destroy it.

With this background, one understands that in four steps, Dr. Chopra is laying bare the core scientific fallacy of vaccines.

Chopra says that anyone knowing the basics of biology should know:

1.      That all vaccines by their very nature are antigens and that every antigen by defintion must be a foreign protein …;

2. That no foreign protein can be absorbed into the blood stream unless it is digested in the alimentary canal into its basic amino acids;

bsorbed into the blood stream are reconstituted into one’s own proteins

3. That it is these amino acids which after being absorbed into the blood stream are reconstituted into one’s own proteins and it is these proteins which distinguishes every being of existence into self and non-self.

4. That any interference or tampering with these laws of existence can bring calamity to the being in which it occurs such as by causing auto-immune conditions like autism, etc.

Why calamity?

What happens is that vaccines force foreign protein into the body, bypassing all mechanisms used by the immune system to avoid such invasion.

Think of organ transplants.  The immune system must rid itself of what is foreign.  It will not stop until it has.  It will attack itself to do so if necessary – so fundamental is integrity of self versus invader.

Imagine this were happening to your own home.  People have doors and windows and alarm systems exactly to stop invaders.  Normally we think of them coming to steal but imagine they came to stay, to take over.  The need to eject them and keep the home your own would be unceasing.  Imagine they came in not through the doors or windows for which you had defenses, but through the chimney, through the ventilation system, though the electrical system, and there was no way to be rid of them.  Would it be your home anymore?  Would you be safe?  Would you ever be able to function normally again or would you be on a permanent state of high alert and stress trying again and again to get rid of them?  Might you throw things and damage the walls, or shoot and break things, tearing up your own home?  Would you become exhausted?  Might you break down physically from trying, but could you ever stop trying?  If you did, would it not mean it was no longer your home, but indistinguishable from theirs or maybe even more theirs, having defeated you?

So what happens to the immune system when vaccines jump past its neutralization of foreign proteins before they can enter the bloodstream, and instead foreign matter is injected into the body?  Just like you, the immune system must attack whatever is shot into it, and in being unable to rid itself of that matter or break it down, it attacks again and again, attacking the body itself.  Thus, autoimmune reactions, which are self-attacks. The more vaccines, the more foreign protein is being shot into the body, the more the reactions, the more the body attacks itself.

Vaccines do not, as claimed, “improve immunity.” Even the most rudimentary understanding of what the immune system does would make that obvious.  Vaccines jump the immune system to deliver foreign matter that could never have gotten past it otherwise.  This is foreign matter that the immune system is left helplessly unable to rid itself of.  Foreign matter is lodged permanently in the body, leaving it no longer perfect but broken, impaired.  Bodily integrity is literally destroyed.
