The problem with many HIV/AIDS Hoax articles is that they don't tell me what to tell the sick people, other then the bad news regarding the HIV/AIDS theory. While Dr. Lanka's approch shock you, as it did me, the good news is that he identifies the problem but his focus is very much solution oriented in a way that is testable.
I learned this shocking revelation by accident. A friend introduced me to the problems with the mainstream American MediPlex HIV/AID Theory. As African Americans we have has historical experience with lack of truth and wrongful death from medical "professionals" so we are generally skeptical about MediPlex. But then my friend said there is not just no HIV but no viruses. I said wait a minute, now you have gone to far, what about the cold virus. Well viruses do exist, but what I found out about what we have been told about them and what we actually know and can prove about them was a real eye opener.
Dr. Stefan Lanka Exposes The "Viral Fraud"
Here is an interview with Dr. Lanka that you might find interesting.

I learned a lot from the information presented to me here. I learned about evolutionary biology, about fungi, energy and about the German medical system. What did you learn?
If you have any evidence that Dr. Lanka is wrong please advise
Cultural Health and Physical Health have something in common, there is basic information attendant to each subject that has been mis-represented and in some cased lied about. Anti-humanists are not just culturally dangerous, they can also be dangerous to your physical health in more ways then one.
This blog's mission is to improve Cultural Health, by raising Cultural Literacy and reducing Cultural Poisoning. With respect to Cultural Literacy, I am focused on Classical African Civilization. With respect to Cultural Poisoning, I will help you understand how to Detect it, Correct it, and most importantly, how to prevent little children from catching it. This site is for Americans in general and African Americans in particular. Video: Politics to Physical Health

Iphone Haters Go Overboard Iphone vs Droid Video
Warning! Technically unhealthy language. I own the Iphone and I am a fan of Job's great visionary skills from the days of the Apple Newton. I know that my technical orientation makes some of us zealots a target, but this is over the top, lol.
You know the employee at Best Buy that made this spoof is going to loose his job. Now it is not as bad as an ethnic slur, but it seems a technical slur could get you fired also especially, if you demonstrate your gutter language skills. Full story and discussion here.
If you ever sold anything and had to overcome customer objections regarding a hot product, that you don't have, you got to appreciate the film makers point of view. If you have ever managed an organization you got to appreciate the fact that the Best Buy HR and PR departments have their hair on fire about now. Last but not least, if you don't have the Technically Healthy, Iphone 4 get one, it is another extraordinary vision that raises the personal communications bar, props to Mr. Jobs.
P.S. I am emailing this article to my son who is an Android fan, he will get a kick out of it.
This was written back in the day but it still rings true.

10 Reasons Why Black People Should Not Take The HIV Tests!
Black AIDS organizations, as well as some Black Clergy, Black politicians and Black sports figures have been encouraging African Americans to take HIV tests and to take HIV/AIDS drugs. In making these recommendations it is clear that these individuals and groups have failed to research the debate over the validity of the HIV tests and whether HIV is really the cause of AIDS. On the other hand, doctors, scientists and researchers for years have been challenging the HIV/AIDS hypothesis. Few in the Black community have heard their objections. Let's go to the video tape for some of those objections.
HIV/AidS Doctors and patients, this trailer should alert you to the fact that House of Numbers is a must see if you have an interest gathering all the information on both sides of the HIV/AIDS debate.
TEN REASONS NOT TO TAKE The HIV TEST
1. None of the manufacturers of the HIV tests guarantee the accuracy of their tests.
2. There are about 70 things that can trigger a false positive.
3. Test results vary over time. you can test positive one day and negative the next day.
4. Test results vary between hospitals.
5. Test results vary between countries. There is no international HIV test standard.
6. Test results vary depending on which test kit is used.
7. The HIV tests do not look for HIV in your body. The tests just look for chemical reactions which have never been proven to have anything to do with HIV.
8. The personal information you give can impact test results.
9. If you start taking typical HIV/AIDS drugs, you will be poisoning your body in a manor that can cause your death.
10. No HIV virus has ever been isolated.
We in the African American Community must wake-up and start thinking for ourselves! We must take a serious look at the debate over HIV/AIDS and start asking serious questions.

Cultural Commentary: Cultural Health is facilitated by physical health. Medical literacy is a prerequisite to physical health. From the original view of medicine in recorded history, Central Worldview, Kemet, an Eastern tract and a Western tract emerge and are with us today. Non of these three major medical philosophy/sciences have all the answers to all health issues. I use a doc that knows all three views, how about you?

Growing Body Parts - A Status Report 2010
Suppose you cut off your finger in an accident and could just grow a new one in four weeks like a Newt. Well medical science has a new tool, Regenerative Medicine, the ability to grow new body parts.
This is new medical technology that can be extremely important to soldiers who have lost a limb or a transplant patient waiting to replace a sick organ. This article is a Video status report on the state of this new technology.
There are two main tracts at this point in the race to build new body parts, the stem cell tract and the ECM tract. Universities, Private industry and the military have regenerative medicine projects underway.
Let's go to the video tape to get you up to speed.
Now a word about loosing your finger. Here is a real world accident miracle repair that demonstrates ECM's practical potential. This guy was lucky to have this particular doctor as his brother. Video (8 Min)
Last but not lest, the breakthrough that is most important to me. I am an elder and all my parts work, however, I could use a few teeth and one or two more strands of hair. So stem cell teeth grown for the first time in animals got my attention. Video. (2 min)

Memorial Day - My Dad and My Culture 2010

This day is not just the first big barbecue day of the summer. It is a day to remember and honor our country's fallen and our Culture's fallen. On this day I especially remember my dad in World War II, and his fathers in World War Zero.Full article and discussion: Newsvine - Memorial Day - My Dad and My Culture
On this day we should remember our soldiers and the cultural lessons of war. It has been said that there are times when the evils of war are justified, but understand that war is always evil. If there is any redeeming value in war, it is that it should teach us something about our Nation, our soldiers and our selves. What we learn should make TeamAmerica more human and better global citizens.
See the important Cultural Health war lesson below:
War has a power that can bridge the peace time anti-humanism non-sense sometimes displayed at home, if we pay close attention to the realities of war. Cultural Poisoning must be weeded out if TeamAmerica is to move forward. I look forward to you doing your part.

Avatar Gets Cultural Health Seal of Approval
Avatar Receives the Cultural Health Seal of Approval and is in the running for the Culturally Healthy movie of the year Award.
Avatar is easily the most Culturally Healthy major movie of the African year 20,010 (2010)thus far. The two billion pulse Black people worldwide and countless indigenous people, got the Cultural worldview imprecations of this move. Great job Mr. Cameron and crew.
Blue Christmas
This movie did not get the big mainstream movie award for a reason. Some European American writers have tried to culturally confuse and belittle the Cultural literacy importance of the biggest grossing movie of all time. People flocked to see this movie like they flocked to see Roots on TV for the same reason, it improved their Cultural Literacy.
This is good for the Nation's Cultural Health, if the movie is seen in the proper light and used to promote harmony on TeamAmerica and Cultural Humanism in the world in General.
Here are some details about Avatar and it's connection to the Central Worldview (African), that you may have missed. Were does "I see you" come from? What names from Classical African Civilization, Kemet (Ancient Egypt/Nubia) are in the movie? for answers to these questions and more read Avatar Africans and Racism
From a Black Cultural Health perspective my analysis is straight forward. For the first time in a major motion picture of this magnitude, Worldview Theory was on display in 3D for all to see, vibrating seats in the Imax and all. James Cameron did a masterful job in creating Avatar.
What a remarkable technical and cultural feat, from the luminescent landscape to the Na-Vi's connection to the land and the other life forms on Pandora. On Earth, their have been from the earliest of times in recorded history, three major Worldviews and their attendant Values, Interests and Principles, (VIP's). The Central Worldview (African), The Eastern Worldview (Asian) and the Western Worldview (Caucasian) in their order of entry into the historical record.
With the entrance of the last Worldview onto the global stage, with its core value of excessive individualism, we see the Cultural War begin, c 1500 B.C.E., with the Core value of communalism held in the Central and Eastern Worldviews. Most indigenous cultures hold communalism (the people) in high regard. Individuals put the interests of the people and nature before their own petty individual desires. It is in fact, the natural way of existence for spiritual beings having a human experience, before the advent of greed and the criminal corporations of the Western Worldwide.
So we see in Avatar the natural initiation based process of learning about the cosmos and becoming "one of the people" and one with the universe (one verse). We are reintroduced to the people model standing in strong contrast to the excessive individualism belief/desire model of "I want that rock", and I will kill and enslave all the people to get that rock, if need be.
It is interesting to note, as we contemplate Avatar and it's People vs Rock model, that the founding documents of the United States of America start with the words "We the People". You should note that these words were written by Cultural Humanist men that were students of Classical African Civilization, Kemet (Ancient Egypt/Nubia) i.e. Masons.
As the movie ends and the bad guys (Earthers) are sent back to earth, the "hero" is called a "race" traitor (in Cultural Health language, a Cultural Traitor), we are left to ourselves to think. What has Earth become, a place dominated by the people of the Rock who will come back to fight for rocks another day? Is Earth run by the of humans of the People, in a Global Village that will punish the evil Rock people?
What ever the answer, I am sure the squeal with give it to us with its now legendary new Genre that I call Cultural Literacy entertainment. Roots revolutionize TV ratings with this hard to pull off Genre. Last but not least I would like to alert you to one more big movie coming from this big box office Genre, The Last Pharaoh, by Will Smith, Staring Will Smith. Is it possible that the Last Pharaoh will be bigger then Roots and Avatar? I will see you back here after the movie and lets see.
Last but not least, here is a place to Avatarize yourself.

Pioneering African American Actress, Singer and Civil Rights Activist Lena Horne, 92, Dies
Pioneering African American Actress, Singer and Civil Rights Activist Lena Horne, 92, Dies: "Lena Horne enjoyed a six-decade singing career on stage, television and in film. She was the first black woman to be signed to a long-term contract by a major Hollywood studio. She helped break racial boundaries by acting alongside white entertainers, but she was segregated on screen so producers could clip out her singing when the movies ran in the South. In the 1950s, she was blacklisted in part because of her friendship with Paul Robeson and W.E.B. Du Bois. In 1963, Lena Horne took part in the March on Washington alongside Harry Belafonte and Dick Gregory and was part of a group, which included authors James Baldwin and Lorraine Hansberry, that met with Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy to urge a more active approach to desegregation. We air a rare 1966 interview with Lena Horne from the Pacifica Radio Archives and speak to her biographer, James Gavin."

Wild Police attack Latino American (Video)
What can only be described as wild criminally insane Seattle police viciously attack an innocent Latino American youth is caught on video. The Video's owner says Fox news tries to suppress video.
Let's Go to the Video Tape
Full story and Discussion
Now that you have seen the video you, no doubt, are as outraged as the Mexican American community and all Americans of good will. There are five things that need to happen in my opinion.
1. The two criminal cops that stomped on the innocent citizen should be immediately arrested and placed in jail to protect the public.
2. The Officers who were on the scene and failed to arrest the criminal cops on the spot, should be fired for dereliction of duty and/or aiding and abetting a crime.
3. The police chief who failed to watch the tape, failed to arrest the criminal officers and fire those cops that aided and abetted the crime should be immediately fired.
4. A Latino American Police chief should be appointed with a public commitment to clean out this bad barrel of anti-humanist cops.
5. At the trial the community should receive justice and the injured party should sue the draws off the police department and the city.
First they came for Rodney King, than Arizona came for the Latino American community, now this, next, it will by you or your child.
Any cop who does a crime, should get twice the TIME!

Rules for Growing African American or Ethnic Hair
Most hair care products have chemicals in them that are bad for you health. This is just a start, be warned Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS)/ Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES) : A cheap foaming and thickening agent that strips African American or Ethnic hair of moisture and causes skin and scalp irritation. 95% of all hair
shampoos contain this ingredient or a derivative. Avoid it completely; TEA lauryl is just as bad, if not worse. Do not be fooled by the use of the word TEA. Shampooing African American or Ethnic hair with a product that contains these can lead to the absorption of excessive nitrates."
