One of the Criminally Insane Cultural Terrorist Loose in Florida Kills AA Child Trayvon Martin

If this was your son what would you do? (Video/pictures and Petition)

Cultural Terrorists are plentiful in Florida. Remember this is a state that was held for more then forty years by indigenous people and Africans. One general when coming to take over the "Indian" War said why this should be called the African war for their are more Africans then native fighters.

The Culturally Poisoned untreated sons and daughters of the criminally insane
George Zimmerman types still roam the streets with death dripping from their animal spirit.

Do not let the criminally insane go home with their guns
The US Department of Justice has announced an investigation into the shooting of Trayvon Martin, 17, an unarmed Black teenager in Florida in February.
Let's Go To The Video Tape

Any cop that does a crime should get twice the time. The cops that failed to arrest the killer and test him for drugs, etc. but had the unarmed AA child tested must be charged with obstruction of justice and complicity in the crime. All officers and the Chief of Police and the State Attorney should also be charged and made to stand trial in the community.

We need to make an example of this cultural terrorist who called police more then 50 time with the same type of crap, I want to report a "suspicious" Black guy.

Mr Crump played a recorded affidavit (newsvine)

That is not the only evidence of the crime the cops have and failed to act on.

The Randy Rhodes Show (Audio 911 calls) found 92 such cases in the Cultural Terrorist state of Florida from the time of The Republican kill Blacks law ("The shoot first law") was signed by Bush, up to 2010

How much you want to bet this crazy Zimmerman and his European American cop father are Republicans? What about the town police? Remember voter suppression and the hanging chads in the Bush fraudulent election. This state has a long history, from "police" to politicians, of moral turpitude at best to criminal activity at worst.

Elect NO Republican for 100 years, starting in 2012!

When the FBI, the Justice department, the lawyers, the news media and the AA Community interview this guy friends, co workers, high school classmates what do you think will come out about Mr. Zimmerman's Cultural Health? What about the Cultural Health of the Police and this town and it's politicians? Yes, there is enough evidence now to sink a ship, but wait till the trial starts.

The New Miss Universe is African 2011 (Video)

Miss Universe, Leila Lopes became the first Angolan woman to win the crown. The Culturally Poisoned Miss France freaks out over Miss Angola (PHOTOS).

While Mrs. Lopes wears the crown in Brazil, the African nation rejoiced at the victory with her along with all of Africa and the more then 2 billion blacks worldwide. This is a good opportunity to learn about Angola, Africa and Cultural Poisoning. For instance there has been some discussion regarding Ms. Lopes being African Latino. She says African.

Let's Go To The Video Tape

Now Miss France seems to imply she doesn't care, African, African Latino, she just was surprised that a "non makeup wearing" Black person beat her.

"Oh, and the fact that the contest was held in Brazil also played a big role -- the implication being that Angola is a former Portuguese colony like Brazil. (If that's the case then why didn't they just elect Miss Brazil!?)," Thilleman told the magazine.

Now you have to see miss Brazil to get the dog whistle code from this European. The 89 Delegates from around the world Video.
But when Leila Lopes won she said, "the win surprised her (actually she said all the contestants were surprised) and noted that Miss Angola hardly ever wore makeup
Miss Laury Thilleman must have caught some of her Cultural Poisoning from her French President who is currently attacking an African country disregarding the wishes of the African Union. Obviously her Cultural Literacy is limited otherwise she would understand that people who produce substantial amounts of melanin don't need to wear much make up like ro

I have not seen a beauty contest in some time let alone the biggest on on the planet. What struck me is that it was more interesting then what I remember here in the US because of the remarkable international flavor and the diversity of delegates. I was especially struck by miss South Africa. I remember seeing Miss Universe back in the day and Miss South Africa was a European invader. That was the last time I watched Miss Universe.

It seems that the Cultural Health of this contest may have moved far enough forward that I enjoyed doing this story and may consider watching it in the future. There current Miss Universe is truly an international beauty with a positive spirit. 10 Photos

Mass Insurrection in London Caused by Police Murder of Citizen

If you listen to most of the news in America about the So called London "Riots". You would think that British youth just woke up and decided to fire bomb police stations for no reason. wrong. (Video)

Amy Goodman (the best reporter in the USA) interviews an African Brit and a European Brit to get the real story.

More then 300 African Brits have died in police custody in the past 11 years. That is almost 2 dead Blacks a month and not a single police person has been arrested and tried?

This sounds a lot like America in the 60's and under George, the torturer, Bush and his forty thieves. The same type of culturally poisoned out of control police seem to be loose in London.

Over 1,000 Arrested in U.K. as Anger over Inequality, Racism Boils Over into "Insurrection"

Unrest continues to spread across England after protests erupted Saturday in London when police shot to death Mark Duggan, a 29-year-old black man. Mobs firebombed police stations and set shops on fire in London, Manchester, Salford, Liverpool, Nottingham and Birmingham.

We go to London to speak with journalist Darcus Howe, a longtime critic of police brutality in black and West Indian communities across the U.K., and author and blogger Richard Seymour of the popular British site "Lenin’s Tomb." "There is a mass insurrection. And I’m not talking about rioting; I’m talking about an insurrection that comes from the depths of society, from the consciousness, collectively, of the young blacks and whites, but overwhelmingly black, as a result of the consistent stopping and searching young blacks without cause

Mississippi Hanging - MD Concludes Black Man Hanged Not Suicide

OK, now it is official, what we all suspected was the case from this historical disgrace of a town and state. Now it is time to role up our justice sleeves and restore Ma'at in Greenwood Mississippi.

You will recall in 2010, that the African American Frederick Carter was found hanging from a tree in Greenwood Mississippi a town notorious it''s Cultural Anti-Humanists. Original story here. Join the discussion on MSNBC/Newsvine. There is also a second independent autopsy done by the family. We will need to take a close look at these results as they become available.

Let's Go To the Video Tape

Warning: Cultural Health Alert, disturbing pictures ahead, do not proceed if you are culturally sensitive.

My first reaction is, there should be on FBI agent in the town for every cultural anti-humanist man woman and child in the town.

Under normal sercumstance you would expect that the Governor of the state would step in and suspend, if not arrest the sheriff, the district Attorney and anyone else suspected of obstructing justice in this case.

However, the Governor is a Cultural Anti-Humanist himself in support of forcing all Mississippi citizens to use KKK licence plates.

This will be a major test for the President and the attorney general as a practical matter I don't see them doing much publicly on this before the 2012 Election. However, the wheels of justice should be turning. Every current and historical piece of paper in this town should be reviewed. If need be every person in the town should be interviewed by the FBI.

In the end with the facts in place justice must be served.

African Americans are more then 63% of this town, Graphic. NAACP, NUL, NAN, Rainbow, you need to be on the ground making sure every one of them is eligible and registered to vote, and votes in the next local and national election.

Finding and brining to justice the criminals involved bases on a sound investigation is important. In addition, long term Ma'at requires us to change local government and local law "enforcement".

I just subscribed to the WeAllBeTV YouTube channel I suggest our readers do the same. Great coverage WeAllBeTB! The question is, why is WeAllBeTV seeming to be the only ones covering this up close and personal. Where is MSNBC, CNN, ABC, Democracy Now, NPR, etc.

It Sounds to me like WE ALL need to BE TV. Get them Iphones and droids up and running. Get your google phone number that auto records your conversations and translates them to text for free. And stand ready to act when the call comes.

President Obama's Speech on Libya And Its Cultural Health Implications

There is much discussion about the Geopolitics of the President's actions. Some have asked about the political implications, did he go to congress, how will this effect the 2012 election, etc. Here we will take an AA's look at the Cultural Health implications for the President. (Video)

In case you missed it, his relatively short remarks started a 7:30 EST last night.

Let's Go To The Video Tape

I did a piece on the potential Cultural Health implications of attacking Libya before the Presidents explanation of his reasoning.

CULTURAL HEALTH ALERT: if you get upset when you hear Farrakhan do not proceed to the link.

Click here for my pre-speech thoughts. Now these are my thoughts after the President's speech.

I watched the President's explanation of why he acted in the Libya crisis.

First the good news. Obama said after 9 days of military action, he did not use the word war, we will be out of the lead on Wednesday when NATO takes over.

He believed a town of 700,000 was about to be massacred. To stop it was in our national interestand consistent with our values.

Regarding our interested he side the massacre would create a regional refugee problem that could destabilize Libya' neighbors Egypt and Tunisia who are in transition as we speak.

On values, he said that military action was necessary to stop a massacre similar to Bosnia and Rwanda. He also pointed to this as a UN based world warning shot to others that would turn military might against their own people to stay in power.

The President indicate he would like to see Gaddafi step down and the people elect who they want to lead them it is not the US mission to kill Gaddafi.

On regional interests and values, mostly on values, I tend to except his explanation and view this as a positive development pending more information.

I admit I am Culturally Illiterate regarding Libya and its history but I know Gaddafi to be a friend to Black People world wide, a secularist and an enemy of Muslim extremest.

It is important to note what was not said, The West and the Arab block was united but the President did not get a green light from the African Union or the rest of the world.

There was no mention of Oil or the British blood lust.

It turns out that the Republican Ronald Reagan in 1986 attacked the same African country, for a different reason, I think.

Questions:

1. How long do we stay -end game?

2. What does it cost?

3. Is this a military action "add on" to the Obama Doctrine of people make change, an antidote to the a Gaddafi doctrine of power prevents change?

4. Will this new values based military action (no fly air only) to save civilians be applied to other parts of Africa like Congo?

5. What are the Cultural Health implications?

The bottom line is, I came away from the President's explanation not as against his action as I went into the speech.

My question to you is what did you think before and after the speech?

Meet Allen, Anti-multiculturalism, West - Cultural Traitor

In you think African Americans vote for Black People blindly think again. You will remember in the primary candidate Barack Obama was watched very closely for Cultural Health, before he was given the green light. Allen West fails the test.

Like Alan Keys, if you see a Black Republican put your Cultural Poisoning tin hat on, put one hand in your pocket and the other hand on your Cultural Literacy.

The respected Keith Olbermann named Allen West "Worst Person In the World" five times. There is a reason for this.

Most AA's know and won't touch Cultural Traitors like Miss Rice or Mr. Thomas with a ten foot pole. I recommend 20 foot poles for Mr. West

and warned the mostly European American (I saw no AA's) audience.
" and warned about allowing multiculturalism to "grow on steroids" and overshadow "definitive American culture."
Aunk: Interesting new Cultural Poisoning code, pay close attention.
The South Florida Republican blasted the health care law,
Aunk: The Affordable Care Act will help the AA community more then any law since the civil rights laws of the 60's and he is actively against ACA.

It you were wondering if Allen West is a friend or enemy to the AA community his CPAC speech speaks for itself.

President Obama's Cairo Speech - Did it Jump Start Democracy in Egypt?

The experts said it was a great and important hopeful, healing speech. It was praised in the Muslim world, in the West and by Muslim Americans here at home. A few wise men thought it might be a game changer, more so than I thought, or even the President might have imagined. Did it start the rolling democracy revolutions across Africa and the "Middle East"? what do you think. (Video)

Let's Go To The Video Tape

Sit back for a minute and put yourself in the other guys shoes. You watched, along with the rest of the world, as the people of the United States rose up and peaceably replaced a criminally insane leader and his gang, who tortured and terrorized the world and bankrupt his nation.

You note that the Citizens of America hired a smart guy the is not Culturally Illiterate. One who also knows something about and respects Islam. You are in the hall, listing to this man who has come to your land to give you hope. Would you then be content to go back home as a young person and live under Egypt's George Bush i.e. Mubarak?

What a Marvelous tribute from the land of Classical African Civilization, kemet (Ancient Egypt)

As the President quoted the Quaran "be conscious of God and Speak always the truth", (05:59 min) few in the West understood  the profound importance of that opening. Even fewer in the world understood how deeply rooted those words are in the land of my ancestors that the President was speaking from.

What do you think, what role did the speech play in recent events in the Muslim world?

Black Man Hanged: Was This Suicide or Lynching?

Frederick Jermaine Carter: Was This a Suicide or a Lynching? (Video)

The black community in Greenwood, Miss., is on edge and angry after the death of Frederick Jermaine Carter (pictured) who was 26 years old and found hanging from a tree in what authorities have labeled to be a suicide.
Warning: Do not proceed if you are culturally sensitive, shocking picture ahead.

Would I drive 100 miles to an all White town to hang myself, NO! where is that rope  from, Greenwood? What is that powder, Have the local law enforcement been tested by professionals for symptoms of Cultural Poisoning up to and including criminal insanity?

How come this happened in 2010 and I did not find out about it until a month later in 2011? Where was/is the MSNBC, CNN etc. Coverage? Where is the Federal Government, FBI, DOJ? How come the only video's on YouTube are from AA individuals in the south? Where is the follow up? NAACP, Urban League, ? The nation of Islam seem to have carried the story but is that it?

I emailed my congressmen and Senators to get the feds involved. What will you do, what else should be done.

MLK: I Have A Dream Speech, InfoGraphic

President Obama is a great speaker, but who did he learn from? Many people have analysed Dr. Martin Luther King's I have a Dream Speech however, this infoGraphic reveals secrets that few can visualize without such a tool. (Video)

I have often said that Africans utilize English to speak African. There is no place where this is more visible then in the Call and Response sing song cadence of an African American Baptist Minster. The other place you see this is in the Metu Neter of Classical African Civilization, Kemet (Ancient Egypt). The ancient writing, IMHO, is the most complex and visual in recorded history. This ability to connect with man's spirit through metaphor is built into the writing and speaking of the shinny ones (ancestors) This legacy comes down to us in modern speakers who have learned the technology of connecting with the spirit of beings through sound.

Nancy Duarte, of California-based Duarte Design, does a masterful job of revealing some remarkable Cultural Communication Technology utilizing this famous American speech. Duarte, color-coded the bars to highlight different aspects of Cultural Technology (rhetorical devices)

1. Blue = repetition 2. Pink = metaphors 4. Orange = political references 3. Green = familiar literature and songs, from Scripture to “American"/African ideals

Let's Go to the Video Tape "N" Word Alert

I am sure you will agree that this is a most masterful and insightful presentation of the Cultural Technology that most of us African Americans see every Sunday morning that we are in church. From the smallest Black church in the South, to the Biggest in a big city like Chicago or New York. From King Tut to Garvey, King, Malcolm and Obama the cultural technology lives.

The Civil Rights Battle of my generation made this cultural technology visible to the broad American audience for the first time because of TV. Those of us living then remember the connection it made to America's better Angels.  Now let's revisit the King speech with new eyes.

Isn't it interesting the difference the new eyes of Cultural Technology can make in one's understanding of something you have heard many times before.

The next time you listen to your minster, listen with the new eyes in your spirit. President Obama's life has a destiny. He did not choose to understand and designate himself to be African American by accident. He did not go to one of Chicago's great churches and absorb Cultural Technology by accident. The next time you hear our President speak pay close attention. The next time you speak, pay close attention. Pay attention with your spirit.

Amen

The Obama Kwanzaa Series Day 3 of 7 2010

How does Barack Obama’s life and his time as President compare to the 7 principles of Kwanzaa. Does the comparison provide any evidence regarding Obama’s Cultural Health? What does this analysis teach us about the third principle of Kwanzaa (Video)

Call Habari Gani (What's the word)
Response_________

This is day three of Kwanzaa and the third installment of this series.
3. UJIMA (Collective Work and Responsibility) [oo-JEE-mah]

To Build and maintain our community together and make our sister's and brother's problems our problems and to solve them together.

Like many African Americans who have attended good schools Obama could have deserted his community and made a fortune with the Bush type anti-humanist forty thieves. He, like the Cultural Traitors Mr Steel, Mr. Thomas and Juan Williams, could have chosen to work against his community.

What did Obama do? He went into the Chicago African American community and became a community organizer. He did not go into the Irish community or the Chinese community he returned to his community in the spirit of UJIMAA. He married a like minded young lady from his community and they are bringing up two children in the best tradition of UJIMA.

Barack Obama and the History of Project Vote

He found that he could not get enough done fast enough for his community given the conditions in America. So he found a way to plot a path to helping the whole American community activate UJIMA.

As we meditate on today's principle a few things should pass through our bio-computer (mind)

A strong grounding in culture and community can produce remarkable results. Health Care Reform is Law. The African American Farmers and Native Americans will finally be getting their 3.5 billion court settlement do to morally high ground taken by the President and his Dems.

He has kept 127 Promises and here is a list of 90 other Community Organizing  Presidential results

So when I look at his life and his time as President as of this African year 20,010 AST (African Standard Time), I conclude that Obama continues to live the principle of UJIMA.

What do you think?

Bush/Rove type dirty tricks used in attack on Black Voters in Texas (Video)

A flyer is circulating that is trying to mislead African American Voters. Don't believe the hype. It is a criminal attempt to tamper with a federal election. The FBI and the Justice Department must be brought in to hunt down the criminals and bring them to justice.

We should expect these attacks given the historically high percentage of Cultural Terrorists and Cultural anti-humanists in Texas. The New York Times put Texas at one end of the Southern Bigot Belt, see map. Keep a sharp eye in the other states. I hope the Dems, after the Bush/Rove fraud years of 2000 and 2004, have flying legal squads on full alert for 2010.

It is noteworthy that this federal crime should become public just as Election Thief Karl Rove is served with subpoena. It is time to put people in jail, no more slaps on the wrist for risking our Democracy. It is time to make voter tampering, the crime of Domestic Treason with serious penalties up to life in prison.

I am offering the 28th Amendment Separation of Corporation and State to do just that.

The 2010 Texas voter fraud has caused me to rewrite Section 5 as follows.

Section 5. All the votes of every voter must be counted in Federal Elections. Any form of tampering with elections, especially by secretary's of the various states or the courts, shall be considered an act of Domestic Treason with punishment not to exceed life in prison.

75% of the Americans Will Be Obese by 2015, African Americans are in Worst shape

Yes, your right, this is not a Culturally Healthy or Physically Healthy picture, neither is the research behind it.

Researches have revealed that in 2003 and 2004, 71 % of the adult men and 67 % of the adult women in the US were overweight or obese, with an obese adult population of 33 %. The number of Black Americans is even higher: about 80 % of black women aged 40 or over are overweight and 50 % are obese.

Improving your cultural health includes physical health. If we Americans do not manage our physical health, we will not have to worry about our National Cultural Health, as we may not be hear to enjoy it.

If you want a reason to go to the polls in November and elect a Democrat, this is one more reason. The President and the Dems have moved on Health Insurance reform with some focus on prevention. The First Lady has launched her lets move program to help our children. On the other hand we have Anti-Vitamin McCain and the Confederate Party, that drinks tea (Republicans) opposed to getting Americans more healthy.

The Republicans are counting on us not showing up at the polls in an off year election. Let's prove them wrong again, we Americans do know what time it is. We do want each other to enjoy better health.

10 Reasons Why Black People Should Not Take The HIV Tests!

Black AIDS organizations, as well as some Black Clergy, Black politicians and Black sports figures have been encouraging African Americans to take HIV tests and to take HIV/AIDS drugs. In making these recommendations it is clear that these individuals and groups have failed to research the debate over the validity of the HIV tests and whether HIV is really the cause of AIDS. On the other hand, doctors, scientists and researchers for years have been challenging the HIV/AIDS hypothesis. Few in the Black community have heard their objections. Let's go to the video tape for some of those objections.

HIV/AidS Doctors and patients, this trailer should alert you to the fact that House of Numbers is a must see if you have an interest gathering all the information on both sides of the HIV/AIDS debate.

TEN REASONS NOT TO TAKE The HIV TEST
1. None of the manufacturers of the HIV tests guarantee the accuracy of their tests.

2. There are about 70 things that can trigger a false positive.

3. Test results vary over time. you can test positive one day and negative the next day.

4. Test results vary between hospitals.

5. Test results vary between countries. There is no international HIV test standard.

6. Test results vary depending on which test kit is used.

7. The HIV tests do not look for HIV in your body. The tests just look for chemical reactions which have never been proven to have anything to do with HIV.

8. The personal information you give can impact test results.

9. If you start taking typical HIV/AIDS drugs, you will be poisoning your body in a manor that can cause your death.

10. No HIV virus has ever been isolated.

We in the African American Community must wake-up and start thinking for ourselves! We must take a serious look at the debate over HIV/AIDS and start asking serious questions.

Rules for Growing African American or Ethnic Hair

Most hair care products have chemicals in them that are bad for you health. This is just a start, be warned Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS)/ Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES) : A cheap foaming and thickening agent that strips African American or Ethnic hair of moisture and causes skin and scalp irritation. 95% of all hair
shampoos contain this ingredient or a derivative. Avoid it completely; TEA lauryl is just as bad, if not worse. Do not be fooled by the use of the word TEA. Shampooing African American or Ethnic hair with a product that contains these can lead to the absorption of excessive nitrates."

White Supremest Killed President Urges Calm

South African President Jacob Zuma appealed for calm Sunday amid fears the killing of notorious white supremacist Eugene Terreblanche could stoke ethnic tensions in the country.

How the major media projects this event and what the facts are on the ground may be two different things. CNN Reports that
Terreblanche was convicted of the 1996 attempted murder of Paul Motshabi, a Black man who worked as a security guard on Terreblanche's farm. He served about two-thirds of a five-year sentence.
Did the criminally insane White Supremest felon attack (physically or financially)  young Black workers again, thinking he could get away with it as he has all his life, but this time was visited by Ma'at?

An African Mother explains what her 15 year old son, who turned himself in, had to say. The younger of the two employee's explained that Terreblanche refused to pay them. Killing someone for not paying you is a crime under normal sercumstances but so is trying to extract labor from Africans for free. How long has this practice gone on, is it still wide spread in Azania (South Africa)? Crimes should be punshed and I wonder how this event will effect these types of crimes in the future in this country.

Was this a crime of passion born of injustice instead of premeditated murder? There are also poor European Africans in Azania, are they being payed?  How will the courts treat this, will these young men receive the same justice that the White Supremest got in court? This will be a case to watch.

I live in the U.S.A, and so I leave this piece thinking how will this effect ethnic relations in America. What will the Tea Party, the Palin mobs and Cultural Terrorist groups here think about this?

South Africa is a multi-ethnic experiment on the continent of Africa in a similar manor to the American multi-ethnic experiment on the continent of turtle Island (America). Yes, the Cultural Realities have an inverse relationship, this is precisely why it is important to the world and the forward flow of humankind that both experiments succeed.

Peace and blessings.

Is Obama Our First Black President or the First President of Black America?

Years ago before I reached adulthood, I watched a scene on one of my favorite television shows, Law & Order, in which a Black attorney says the following to his white former supervisor: “You once asked me if I was 'a Black lawyer, or a lawyer who's Black.' I used to think I was the latter. Now I know I’m the former.”

I didn’t fully appreciate the meaning of that scene as an adolescent, but as an adult I certainly do. I was reminded of this scene recently when it was revealed that the Congressional Black Caucus is on the verge of declaring ideological war on the White House, to convey their displeasure at what they view as the president’s snubbing of the caucus, specifically its legislative wish list in his first year in office.

Aunk's Cultural commentary.

The Congressional Black Caucus and others who are wasting time raising non-productive questions in a time of change need to get a grip. President Obama with the passage of Health Insurance reform has done more for the African American community by default then any African American politician in my life time.

Everyone in the African American community has a role in improving our Cultural Health and effectiveness here in American and around the world. The President has his role, the Caucus has its role, Al Sharpton has his role and you and I have our individual roles. All these efforts should be synergistic.

When the United States goes to war, the Army does not start attacking the Navy, nor should we. Everyone understands such a poorly thought out action by the Army would lead to a predicable negative outcome.

Black people in America should be focused on three things IMHO

The Aunk AA Three Point Plan

1. Joining the Green Economy to expand job opportunity
2. Improve Education at home and in public schools
3. Moving America from Sick Care to Health Care, starting with reducing child obesity.

My question to the caucus is, where is your three point plan for our community and how does it compare to the Aunk Plan?

Dr. King, Cultural Poisoning and You

Every Dr, Martin Luther King Day should be a day of self-improvement. It is a National Holiday, take your well deserved time off, but don’t let the day go to waste. It is a day that all Americans should use to improve their Cultural Health.

Did Dr. King exhibit symptoms of Cultural Poisoning? The answer is yes.

If you listen to Dr. King's speeches you will note that he uses the word "Negro" often. This was common among most Americans of the sixties. “Negro” is a DoubleSpeak word (not reality based). It is both a symptom of Cultural Poisoning and the means of transmitting the dis-ease. King suffered from this strain of Cultural Poisoning known as Name AIDS.

Cultural Literacy Minute: Cultural AIDS = Acquired Information Deficiency Syndrome.

How have we done since the 1960's regarding Name AIDS? We have done well in some respects and terrible in others. African Americans and as a result most Americans in general have cured the "Negro" strain of Name AIDS, even though they did not have Cultural Health terminology to describe the dis-ease. The Culturally Healthy result of their actions is that few Americans call anyone a "Negro" in 2010 (African year 12010).

That is, except the Democratic leader of the Senate Harry Reid, and even he knows better now, after all the flack the use of this Culturally Poisoned term brought him.

Our honored ancestor James Brown helped move us from “Negros” to I’m Black and I’m Proud. Malcolm X helped move us to African American, along side Asian American and European American.

On the other hand the pejorative "n" word form of Name AIDS has grown to epidemic proportions among African American youth and is threatening to spread to the larger American population. This back sliding trend of youthful N-word crack must be stopped. We must restore the Cultural Health of our youth. I am sure Dr. King would be standing next to us in this 21st century challenge. Our honorable ancestor Dr. King was also anti-Kamitic. That is, he from his religious training was on occasion heard to refer to our honorable ancestors the Kametans (Egyptians) negatively. This was another symptom of Cultural Poisoning that sometimes results from Cultural Illiteracy. Raising Cultural Literacy regarding Classical African Civilization, Kemit, (ancient Egypt) remains a 21st century challenge.

Now, Dr. King no doubt was a great American leader. Cultural Poisoning (CP) does not keep you or I from functioning. Despite CP, King did more then his share of good for humankind. I am not Dr. King bashing. I point out King’s symptoms to raise a Cultural Health Flag regarding who can suffer from Cultural Poisoning. In my DoubleSpeak book, I assert that 90% of all Americans suffer from some degree of Cultural Poisoning including Dr. King, and you and I.

The term Cultural Poisoning and the concept of Cultural Health did not exist in King’s time. Happily his moral motor was strong enough to drive the non-violence 18-wheeler of Civil Rights onto the main highways in America. If the Cultural Health concept came forward in his time, I am confident that he would have looked into it and incorporated raising Cultural Literacy and the reduction of Cultural Poisoning into his non-violent approach to America’s "race" problem.

King like Gandhi and others before them worked against the odds. Non-violent civil rights, was not as popular then as it is today. But King stayed focused, seeing the light of the future at the end of the tunnel. And so in our time, we understand that Cultural Health is not as popular today as it will be tomorrow. And so all of us, who have started this journey especially on this day, need to be reminded by our honored ancestor, to stay focused on the power of language and keep our eyes on the prize.

Truth crushed to earth will rise again. The concept of Cultural Health is on the move. As we transition from the Civil Rights Movement of the nineteenth century, to the Cultural Health Movement of the Twenty First Century, we must make NuuSpeak phrases like Cultural Poisoning and Cultural Literacy household words in America and around the world.

Every MLK day should be utilized as an opportunity to remind Americans, that the very best of our citizens can suffer from some strains of Cultural Poisoning. This does not make a person a racist. There is a middle ground between humanism and racism; the middle ground is Cultural Poisoning. It is not a disgrace to suffer from Cultural Poisoning; it is disgraceful not to do anything about it.

Cultural Health requires action to gain traction. Now that you know better, you must do better. Your mission, should you decide to accept, is to identify one symptom of Cultural Poisoning that you suffer from and cure it.

I wish you Cultural Health, Wealth and Wisdom.
Happy MLK Day

African Tombs of The Pyramid Builders Found

The Pyramids were not built by slaves as I was taught, or by little men from space, they were built by free skilled workman who were paid. See the tombs of the builders of the pyramids, see the builders themselves, video.

Let's Go to the Video tape: CULTURAL POISONING WARNING!
The Black ethnic group known to be the majority population of Classical African Civilization, Kemet (Ancient Egypt) is misrepresented in this video's simulations of African workman in Kemet.

When the Hapi (Greeks called Nile) river flooded, the farmers joined the professional pyramid builders on National public works projects like the building of temple/universities, Obelisks and Pyramids. The concept is not unlike the New England tradition in the United States, where the towns people coming together to build a town church or raise a barn.

Until recently the Cultural Terrorism of religious and Western archaeological mythology was able to run wild in the world unchecked by the facts. Cultural anti-humanists first told me that the pyramids were build by "White" "Jewish" Slaves, and that the Egyptians themselves where White. When the evidence on the ground repudiated these myths, then Western Archaeologists claimed that while the Egyptians were not White, they were not Black either, they were multi-ethnic (Semites or Arabs).

The Arab invaders of Africa that now occupy modern day Egypt led by Dr. YourAss, I mean Dr. Zahi Hawass and the National Geographic disgrace, as Dr. Ben use to call the magazine, try to tell me that Arabs built the pyramids. As an "expert" he knows that there were no significant numbers of non-Africans in Africa until c.1500 B.C.E. (Hyksos invasion) long after the pyramids were built. It is like saying that we who today occupy the United States are the indigenous people of Turtle Island (Americas). This would be obvious nonsense to anyone who knows anything at all about North American history. The same is true to anyone who knows anything at all about North African history.

CULTURAL TERRORIST ALERT:

While Dr. Hawass is a known Cultural Terrorist, as an agent of his government and the Western archaeological establishment, he is for the time-being in charge our buildings, the remains of our ancestors and their literature. As they dig up the work of the shinny ones we must keep watch with the traditional grain of Cultural Health salt.

There are even groups of Westerners that rather then say that Black people built the African Pyramids, try to convince some folks that people from Outer space built the pyramids. Even some modern movies like Transformers propagate this Cultural Poisoning, clandestinely slipping the dis-ease into our children's bio-computers in a "fun" package.

Professor Vega pointed this out to me at a family function, and sure enough, I asked my grandson why the Transformers (digging into the top of the great African Pyramid) was desecrating the African legacy? He said, "They built them, so they can destroy them...". Naturally, he got an on the spot Cultural Literacy lesson. How many children have not had this lesson and now have the "modern" Transformer Cultural Poisoning built into their bio-computers unchecked.

You would not run your computer without virus checking software, and you should not run your children without checking them for viruses either. In the case of culture, the virus checking software is you.

Many people, "religious", "scientific", Hollywood etc, with no evidence, have said many things about the building of the African Pyramids without evidence. Kemetologist (Link "N" Word Alert) have read the words of our ancestors and conveyed the reality to us, now hard evidence on the ground confirms the realities and puts the myths to bed forever more.

Amen

The question is, now that you know, what are you going to do about it. How is the Cultural Health of your children and grandchildren? Are there cultural terrorists in institutions that you are associated with that slander Classical African Civilization? Would you simply just let the slander stand or will you stand and fight.

Kwanzaa 101 2009

Hetep and Respect every holiday is a Cultural Health opportunity. If you have never seen the seven principles of Kwanzaa take a look. If you have seen them and need a refresher here it is. One of the nice things about the holidays is that we get a chance to learn about each others holidays.

Did you know there was a feature film about Kwanzaa called The Black Candle:

***The Black Candle*** (Trailer)

Kwanzaa is the most widely celebrated original African American holiday. “The Father of Kwanzaa” is Maulana Ron Karenga, an African American scholar and social activist. The celebration runs from December 26 to January 1. Kwanzaa (First Fruits Festival) is in the best spirit of Cultural Literacy in that it is a synchronization of African values at home and abroad. This remarkable blend of African and African American values is a major force in the fight to improve Cultural Health in our community by raising Cultural Literacy and reducing Cultural Poisoning here in America

The Origin of Kwanzaa comes into recorded history in Classical African Civilization, Kamet (Ancient Egypt)as this First fruit Offering left by our ancestors to instruct us down through the millennium. Dr. Karanga is a resurrecter and restorer of that which has always been and is our legacy to continue.

Kwanzaa is anchored by its seven guiding principles, known as the Nguzo Saba. Each principle is denoted by one word from the pan African language known as Swali, as reproduced below. I have added the pronunciation.

Nguzo Saba (The Seven Principles)

1. UMOJA (Unity) [oo-MO-jah]
To strive for and maintain unity in the family, community, nation and ethnic group.

2. KUJICHAGULIA (Self-determination) [koo-jee-cha-goo-LEE-ah]
To define ourselves, name ourselves, create for ourselves and speak for ourselves instead of being defined, named, created for and spoken for by others.

3. UJIMA (Collective Work and Responsibility) [oo-JEE-mah]
To Build and maintain our community together and make our sister's and brother's problems our problems and to solve them together.

4. UJAMAA (Cooperative Economics) [oo-jah-MAH]
To Build and maintain our own stores, shops and other businesses and to profit from them together.

5. NIA (Purpose) [NEE-ah]
To make our collective vocation the building and developing of our community in order to restore our people to their traditional greatness.

6. KUUMBA (Creativity) [koo-OOM-bah]
To do always as much as we can, in the way we can, in order to leave our community more beautiful and beneficial than we inherited it.

7. IMANI (Faith) [ee-MAH-nee]
To believe with all our hart in our people, our parents, our teachers, our leaders and the righteousness and victory of our struggle.

By Maulana Ron Karenga
with Cultural Health Modification by Rudy Aunk

Note: In the interest of Cultural Health, the word "race" has been changed to ethnic group in the first principle ("race" is a doublespeak word).

Tiger Woods Cultural Progress or Cultural Poisoning

"Take your name off your phone" the video remix, has gone viral. Tiger is now as well known as O.J. Simpson was, are there any parallels? (Video)

Now that you have had a good laugh, you know Golf is not exactly a Hip Hop Subject. This is an example of the fact that even people who know nothing about Golf will be telling Tiger Woods jokes for years. All sports Hero's are not necessary good cultural charterer models. In this unfortunate circumstance there is a Cultural Health opportunity. What is the state of relationships in America in general and in the African American community in particular.

Before you answer, as a matter of modern Cultural Literacy, you should understand that while Tiger and O.J. Simpson have something in common, they are not the only ones. Hit this link and tell me what you think.
