Native Americans Announce Major Motion Picture

There is an old African saying, when the lions learn to write the story of the hunt will be different.

Oneida Indian Nation Announces Major Motion Picture ‘First Allies’

wearing an auteur’s beret and sunglasses, and carrying a megaphone, Oneida Indian Nation Representative Ray Halbritter greeted an audience of 800 with a line sure to be heard in Central New York soon enough:

“Quiet on the set.”

Sid Ganis Ray Halbritter Alex Siskin
First Allies, a film based on the book Forgotten Allies, by history professors Joseph T. Glatthaar and James Kirby Martin, and financed entirely by the Nation. Obama's Big Mistake CIA asset: 'Libyan opposition is al-Qaeda

Obama's Big Mistake is getting out. Letting the French dupe America into Attack Libya is producing a blow back that the President needs to fix.

If their are any Republicans left with a brain in their heads and want to win their party back and maybe win and election, the President's Libya Error in judgement should be the focus not this debt crap.

We are helping French criminals attack a moderate African leader by funding and supporting Al-Qaeda terrorists, in opposition to the African Union? WTF.

I voted for the President, but he needs to cut his losses on this poor decision. As more of this gets out Republicans will eat him alive on this. If there is something he could be impeached on this is it. This mission is creepy and has creeped all over the place.

Obama Bush Contributions to Deficit InfoGraphic

Most thinking Americans know Republicans raised the debt ceiling 17 times with President Reagan and 7 time with Bush and the forty thieves. Now What? The GOP's goal is obvious, prevent millionaires from paying their fare share and force America default (not to pay her bills).

The Republican Party has become a corpse strapped to America's body.

What Norway's Cultural Terrorist Has in Common With the American Right Wing

Cultural Terrorism anywhere is a threat to cultures and peace everywhere.

What Norway's Terrorist Has in Common With the American Tea Party and Right Wing

Why seeing the world in black and white is so dangerous.
The revelation by CNN that Norwegian right wing terrorist Anders Behring Breivik kept a diary in which he obsessed about the dangers of cultural Marxism, multiculturalism, and the “Islamification” of Europe will remind many Americans of the tactics of our own right wing (only these themes have been taken up by people much more mainstream in the US than Breivik is in Norway!) The movement to ban the shariah, the castigation of a progressive income tax as “Marxist,” the condemnation of multiculturalism as a threat to Western values, are all themes commonly heard in the US Tea Party and in the right wing of the Israel lobbies.

Africans Allowed to Sue British Government

Truth crushed to earth will rise again in the end. Recovered secret documents, eye witness survivors and a moral judge standing for justice moves toward Ma'at.

Mau Mau Kenyans allowed to sue UK government

Four elderly Kenyans have been told they can sue the Foreign Office for their alleged torture by British colonial authorities 50 years ago.

Left to right: Ndiku Mutua, Jane Muthoni Mara and Wambugu Wa Nyingi, three of the four claimants

The decision means that the government will have to defend accusations of torture, murder, sexual assault and other alleged abuses at a full damages trial in 2012.

The trial is expected to include critical material from some 17,000 previously lost documents which were discovered earlier this year in the Foreign Office's archives.

The papers include detailed reports of atrocities which were sent to ministers in the 1950s and 1960s.

Professor David Anderson of Oxford University, who unearthed the documents, is working with other experts to log the potential evidence.

"It also has implications for Britain's imperial past. As a nation, we have been not very good at facing up to that history and I think this will help us do that and repair our reputation with our former colonies.

It is So Hot Swimmers Have to Swim in Shifts (Video)

That's right, it is so hot in South Philadelphia that there has been a record breaking turnout of people who want to cool off. So many people want to swim that swimmers have to swim in shifts.

I sure hope this does not happen at my local town pool. So far so good, the temp is high but not that high so we still had adult lap swim at 5 and 7pm for 30 minutes. Some of these folks who are waiting should find a nice tree and chill. Personally I would run a few miles or platy some tennis till it is my turn in again.

Some pools actually have police at city pools to help manage the crowds. And Republicans said there is no global warming. I don't think I can remember swimmers swimming in shifts in my lifetime.

Yes, the rest of the world is watching this embarrassing debt ceiling nonsense, and it is growing dismayed.

The US is holding the entire world hostage, and it's the Republicans that are playing with fire.

Hard to accuse the Germans (who are no fans of fiscal profligacy) of being motivated by politics, or of having some inherent reason to attack Republicans. This is just the reality of what they're doing.

Tech-news site Mashable reports it will be available to those 100 million users during the next few weeks, with subscribers to Pandora One -- a premium, paid service with no ads and higher-quality audio -- getting access first.

Internet radio service Pandora went public in June as part of a deluge of tech IPOs.

According to a news release on Pandora's blog, 36 million of those consumers are "monthly active users." It also said that in the past six months, Pandora has upped its market share of radio listening from 2.3% to 3.6%.

Google + May End The Facebook/Twitter Social Net Monopoly

Introducing Google+: Why Facebook’s Monopoly and Twitter’s Heyday May Be Over
what’s currently shaking up the Internet is a new service created by the search giant Google, known as “Google+”. According to Google’s former CEO, it already has millions of users. That’s extraordinary for a service that’s only been active for 12 days.
google plus revolution
But what is Google+, and why is there so much hype? At first glance, it appears to be “like Facebook, but not Facebook”. On further examination, it provides so much more. Intrinsic to the service is the concept of “Circles”, a system where users organize the people they know into groups. While this seems fairly rudimentary in concept, the execution is superb. Rather than having one group of “friends” for every single person you know, as on Facebook, Google+ gives several categories to start with, and users can add more as they see fit. This allows the site to match users’ “real” social lives with their online interactions: rather than share that inappropriate joke with your parents and coworkers, you can post the message in your “friends” circle, where you know it’ll be taken the right way. This also prevents one of the main problems associated with having an online identity, the idea that potential employers could see your online profile and not like what they see.

Many Police Must Now Wear Body Cameras

for years I have been recommending that all cops be required to wear camera badges that are always on. Turning one off is cause for termination.. history has demonstrated that t there is a thin line between to many cops and criminals Cameras are good protection for cops and citizens.

The body camera is a step in the right direction.

Next step, any cop that does a crime, should get twice the time.

Now if we could only get lawyers and judges to ware body cams.

P.S. All citizens should carry cell phone cameras and video tape any of our law enforcement employees in the performance of their job for their protection and ours.

Police say wearing video cameras offers protection

Oakland and hundreds of other police departments across the country are equipping officers with tiny body cameras to record anything from a traffic stop to a hot vehicle pursuit to an unfolding violent crime. The mini cameras have even spawned a new cable reality TV series, Police POV, which uses police video from Cincinnati, Chattanooga and Fort Smith, Ark.

Before hitting the streets, Oakland police officer Huy Nguyen's routine usually goes something like this:

Gun ready? Check. Bulletproof vest strapped? Check.

Body camera secured? Check.

Wait, body camera?

“She asked me what I did for a living,” Njoku said. “Asked me where I got the check from, looked me up and down—like ‘you just bought a house in Auburn, really?’ She didn’t believe that,” he said. So, Chase had him arrested.
The teller reported the check as a fake, which it was not, and THINGS SPIRALED OUT OF CONTROL. Hooray for post-racial America:

Brown Eyed People Are Better then Blue Eyed People and Cultural Poisoning

One day in 1968, Jane Elliot, a teacher in a small. all white Iowa town, divided her third grade class into blue-eyed and brown-eyed groups and gave them a daring lesson in Cultural Poisoning (discrimination). This is the story of that lesson, it's lasting impact on the children and it's enduring power 30 years later.

Let's Go To The Video Tape

Orwell's 1984 is the first book I read on how words can be used for mass population control. This is a good example of how Cultural Poisoning works. Children's minds are undeveloped so it is easier to induce Cultural poisoning Programs into their little bio-computers (minds).

The good news is, this also demonstrates that the programming can be changed. In our time President Obama has been a good Cultural Poisoning Change agent for many.
