Well now you know there really is no Apple Chaple, I think it is the droid clone Iphone haters making stuff up. Consumers who have been getting ripped off your years by the phone company's recognize Job's Visionary Interpersonal PC (IPC) revolution and dedication to quality.
My daughter and her beloved Queen mother went to a local AT&T store in a mini mall and got bated switched into a piece of junk Droid clone. The sell you what they make the most profit on not what suits your needs. My daughter is from and Iphone family, mother, father brother, Uncles, Aunts have Iphones. Compared to going to an Apple Store, going to one of these carrier stores is like going into a dark alley to get mugged.
On the other hand the head phones on my Iphone 4S went intermittent. I went to the mall stopped in the Apple Store told them my problem. The took my apple ear phones and gave me a brand new one, They did not even ask me for my serial number.
Apple is not an internet store only company, nor are they one of these Worst Buy big box stores on the ground. They are simply the best service organization on the planet. Thinking people will walk a mile for good service!
