This week Republicans in the Tea Party openly used the "N" word and spit on African American congress persons. Last night I watched Republican leadership curse on the floor of the house during the end of the health care debate. One congress person yelled calling a pro-life democrat a baby killer.

It is in this backdrop that we have adults doing what I hired them for, pass health insurance reform.

It is a simple choice, what is more in your and our country's best interests, the "N" Word, or 33 million more of our fellow Americans with access to sick care. In the end, the Republicans did this to themselves.

Focusing on our future, there is more work to be done. We need to get reconciliation through the Senate and the bill signed. As law, we all need to help make the bill work. It won't be perfect, but we must highlight the good elements and tell the stories of the Americans who are helped by the reform. We must also focus on things that go wrong and move quickly to fix them.

In the new America, the best Democrats, will be Republicans who get sick.

The Million Moron March (9/12 health care protest)

Republicans said there were 2 million protesters. The reality is that there was a loose mob of about seventy thousand pro death wing nuts that you really have to see to believe (Video)



Their behavior is moronic because their answers to the questions put to them are NON-sense. To quote Barney Frank, what planet do these people live on.

1. Lady with no "health insurance, protesting against "health" Care for all, How stupid is that.

2. Lady paying for Republican "Health" "Insurance" out the wazoo, according to her, who is protesting so she can keep paying out the wazoo, which, will guarantee 20% Wazoo growth. Maybe I am wrong, but this kind of convoluted "logic" seems moronic, if not on the lunatic fringe.

3. People who want the government out of their Social Security but are taking the checks. I am sorry, but these answers do not strike me as professorial.

To me it is astonishing, are these the faces of the undead Bush Republican party? What do you think about these Americans?

The Presidents Back And Health Care Reform is on Track

While the cats away the mice will play, but last week, the President came back and gave the what's in it for you speech that completely changed the debate. In August the Republicans mounted a Health Scare Reform counter attack and now find themselves in Check.

I ran a story last week on Newvine with the speech video, President Hits Heath Care Ball out of Park. The discussion that ensued and listening to the main stream media, made it clear to me that many did not understand the objective of the speech and the outcome as I see it.

The objective of the speech was to return what had become the Republican "Health" Scare Debate, back to the "Health" Care Debate headed for reform passage. The President by telling the people what's in it for them, and with some help from Republicans, miraculously move the health care ball far more forward then I thought was possible

Everyone should have walked away from the speech focused on what details come out of the five congressional committees that meet the objectives of President's three point plan essential for him to sign the bill. If you have Health Insurance he laid out what you get. If you don't have Health Insurance he laid out what you get. He also explained the financial goals of HCR and how he plans to achieve them. So my question to you is:

What is in Kennedy "Health" Care Reform for you?

What part of the Presidents Thee Part Plan do you like/dislike and why?

1. Have insurance: you get Security and stability (Dirty Tricks outlawed)

2. No Insurance: Quality, Affordable Choice (Exchange - Same as Congress + Public Option)

3. Financial Goals: Reduce Cost and Revenue Neutral

Republicans Want Americans to Get Health Care in Animal Stalls.

We know the Republican AstroTurf Health Care Mobs are against "Health" Care Reform. The question is what are they for? Democracy Now and MSNBC reported the answer. (Video)



The Anti-humanest Republicans have been trying to scare the elderly and addled brained with Presidential Death Panel outright lies. They are happy that Health Insurance profits are up 422% and that the number of insured Americans has dropped 18%.

Think you have good insurance and don't need "Health" Care Reform (HCR). Remember the movie John Q, when "Health" insurance and Hospital dirty tricks kick in, you could be the next American to find yourself being placed in an Animal stall for treatment.

If Obama wants to continue to regain reform momentum in September, as he has in August, he should do a town hall meeting from A Remote Area Medical care giver location during the first week of September, and see if the Republican HC mob has the testicular fortitude to show up and face sick Americans who don't have medical insurance.

A RAM Town Hall meeting would seal the deal for passage of "Health" Care reform in September.
