The Question is are you getting enough sleep? The bigger question is, if you are not what is it doing to your health. Answer, new studies show that bad sleep can harm memory, or cause depression, obesity or the onset of diabetes.

Most of us learn to "get by" on as few hours of sleep as possible. But I'm a firm believer that you can and will jeopardize your health in a variety of ways if your sleep/sleep pattern is off.

Unfortunately, dependent on your life obligations, you can only do so much about it at any given time.
