Bottom line: The evidence is Obama has a reasonably Culturally Healthy ethnic mix in his staff and most other appointment areas. 

Now what I would like to see is comparison of Bush/Obama Ethnographics in and a simplified graphic form. Democratic/Republican congress ethnography is another target.  If you have any sources send them in thanks.
