Japanese Cloud of Death To America?

Could a Japanese Cloud of Death come to America? Well I just heard one of the leading nuclear experts in the world say that one reacted has melted down and the radian stuff is out and laying on the concrete floor.

She goes on to say that this will produce a mixture that can explode wiping out all of southern Japan forever. Helen Caldicott goes on to say the cloud from the explosion will not stay in Japan. Listen to the expert discussion yourself (Video)

Now add to that the fact that the New York Times is reporting elevated radiation just found in American milk and now I am starting to get concerned. Does anyone have a used Army Geiger Counter? What is a Geiger anyway?
